Ashley Engels Promoted to Ag/Commercial Lender

First Security Bank & Trust is pleased to announce that Ashley Engels has been promoted to Ag/Commercial Lender.

Ashley has worked with First Security’s Ag/Commercial lending team since the fall of 2015. She joined the bank with 4 years of banking experience and received several promotions during her 9 years with First Security. She most recently worked as a Portfolio Manager based out of First Security’s Rockford branch. She will continue to work out of that office in her new role as a lender.

Ashley holds a bachelor's degree in real estate and is a recent graduate of the Iowa Banker’s Association’s Introduction to Commercial Lending School. She and her family are very active in the community, particularly through RRMR athletics.
