Our team will be participating in an all-bank training on Monday, October 13. Our offices will be closed that day, and we’ll reopen with regular business hours on Tuesday, October 14. We appreciate your understanding as we take this time to learn and serve you better.

Online Banking Security Enhancements Update

First Security has enabled a security feature to help verify that online banking activity is legitimate.

You can expect to receive a verification code (called multi-factor authentication) to the email First Security has on file when:

  • You are enrolling in online banking for the first time.
  • You request a transfer of over $10,000, including loan payments or advances.
  • Your contact information is updated via online or mobile banking.

If you receive a code that you did not expect, it is important that you call us immediately at 1-800-272-0159 to ensure that a criminal is not enrolling in online banking or completing transactions under your name.

On the other hand, if you are expecting a code and did not receive one, please call us at 1-800-272-0159 to make sure we have an accurate email on file for you.
