About Kim

Kim, a lifelong Charles City native, graduated from both NIACC and the University of Northern Iowa. With 28 years of experience in Real Estate Lending, she had already amassed 20 years in the industry when she joined First Security in 2001. Throughout her career, Kim has pursued professional development, earning credentials such as the Certified Community Lender Credential, attending Consumer Credit School, participating in IBA Leadership, and becoming a Credit Life & Disability Agent. In 2020, Kim was promoted to Vice President of Retail Lending, where she now manages the Retail Lending department.

Beyond her professional achievements, Kim gives back to her community. She serves as the treasurer for the Charles City Post Prom Committee and is on the Floyd County Compensation Condemnation Board. Kim enjoys camping, boating, and traveling with her husband, their four children, in-laws, and grandchildren.

About Tracey

Tracey lives in Charles City with her husband, and together they have raised two children. Tracey began her career at First Security in the Retail Department in 2002. In 2014, while working as a Lead Retail Advisor, she added retail lending to her areas of expertise. Several years ago, she moved to the retail lending side full-time as a Consumer Lender. Tracey is a graduate of the Iowa Bankers Association Consumer Credit School and is licensed to sell credit life and disability insurance.

She enjoys working with customers and helping them with their banking needs.

About Lacy

Lacy Schoenfeldt joined the First Security team in 2014, bringing with her customer service skills, leadership experience, and administrative talents. She graduated from North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC) with an associate’s degree and an Administrative Office Associate Diploma. During her time at First Security, she has been promoted multiple times to positions including Loan Operations Specialist, Retail Lending Specialist, and most recently, Retail Lender in 2023. In addition to the promotion in 2023, Lacy completed the Iowa Bankers Association’s (IBA) Consumer Credit School. In her new role, she underwrites mortgage and consumer loans. .

Lacy now lives with her family in Bassett, Iowa; she has a husband, two children, two dogs, and a cat. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, being outside in nature, and relaxing.
