Amy Wilson Promoted to Assistant Vice President, Operations Manager

Amy Wilson has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Operations Manager. Amy joined First Security 12 years ago as a Teller. Since then, she’s worked in Data Services, the Ag/Commercial Lending Department, the Loan Operations Department, and the Service Center. This experience has provided her with a strong foundation of banking knowledge, and that knowledge and her work ethic have earned her several promotions during her career at First Security.

Most recently, she has been the bank’s Service Center Supervisor. One of her primary duties in this role was to oversee staff responsible for taking phone calls from First Security customers while also helping take those calls herself. She also provided ongoing training of staff to ensure excellent service for First Security customers.

In her new role as Assistant Vice President, Operations Manager, she will continue with some of those same duties, while also overseeing the data services area of the bank.

Another skill of Amy’s comes from her college education in communication and her experience in broadcast journalism. She has appeared in videos on the bank’s behalf and has used her banking knowledge to give several presentations in the community on fraud prevention.
