Kayleigh joined First Security in 2017 as a Retail Advisor. Throughout her time at the bank, she has been responsible for a wide range of duties revolving around completing customer transactions, answering customers’ banking questions, accepting applications for loans, and opening new accounts. In more recent years, she has been involved with training and serving as a leader in her department.

Kayleigh is a very active volunteer and is a member of the Windsor Theatre Development Board, the Franklin County Compensation Board, and the Greater Franklin County Chamber of Commerce Board.

The relationship with my community, customers, and co-workers.

What I'm Doing Outside of Work
My nephew races motocross so I spend most of my time outside of work at motocross tracks all over Iowa. My favorite track so far has to be Oak Ridge in Marshalltown.

I was born and raised in Waterloo, Iowa. I moved to Hampton in 2011 and have been here ever since.

Get to Know Lyndsay

Lyndsay started her banking career in Mason City in 2003 before joining First Security in Charles City in 2009. Throughout her years in banking, she’s worked as Receptionist, Teller, Service Manager, Teller Supervisor, Retail Banking Supervisor, and Retail Manager. In her current position, she oversees retail operations and participates in the development and implementation of new products at First Security.

Lyndsay completed the Iowa Bankers Association Leadership Institute in 2013 and is an active member of the IBA Emerging Leaders Peer Group.

The Most Rewarding Part of my Job
Coaching, developing, and building relationships with my team, and watching them do the same thing with each other and their customers. I love watching my team grow into their roles and being there to celebrate their wins with them. What motivates me the most is watching my team succeed and hoping my leadership made an impact on that.

What I'm Doing Outside of Work
I have 3 kids at home. Chasing them around to all their sporting events and watching them do what they love makes me happy. I am in the thick of the chaos and am loving and enjoying every minute of it.

Something You Wouldn't Guess About Me
I love to travel and take 2-3 trips each year. My favorite place to go is the ocean/beach. I have a bucket list of other places I want to go.

Get to Know Courtney

Courtney began her career with First Security in early 2024 as a Teller before advancing to Lead Teller in 2026. She assists customers with daily transactions, answers questions, and connects them with the right team members for additional support. She also helps train new Teller staff and serves as a backup to the Teller Supervisor.

Courtney spent most of her childhood in Waverly, moving to Clarksville the summer before her freshman year of high school. After graduating high school, she attended Southwest Wisconsin Technical College where she received a diploma in dental assisting.

The Most Rewarding Part of my Job
I love getting to know members of the community and being involved in different bank events.

What I'm Doing Outside of Work
I am usually spending time with my boyfriend and chasing our daughter around!

Beth joined First Security in 2014 as Branch Office Representative. Since that time, she has continued to work on the frontline, helping customers with a variety of transactions and questions, accepting applications for loans, and opening new accounts. In 2020, she was promoted to Retail Supervisor. In this role, she continues with many of these duties but now serves as a lead in her department - often training staff and serving as a knowledgeable resource for her coworkers.

The Most Rewarding Part of my Job
Whether it's a first mortgage, setting up an account for a firstborn, or even helping get a vehicle loan, being part of my customers' important milestones makes me feel special.

What I'm Doing Outside of Work
I enjoy spending time with my sons. In the warmer months, gardening, hiking, and camping take up most of my time. When it is colder out, I enjoy putting puzzles together and doing macrame projects.

Selena joined First Security in 2016 as a Video Banker. She quickly advanced to Service Center Specialist, then Retail Advisor, and in 2021 was promoted to Retail Advisor Supervisor.

Selena is a Charles City native and a graduate of Charles City High School. She is actively involved in the community, volunteering at PAWS Humane Society and serving on the Charles City Main Street Board. She also helps present our Fraud Talk sessions, helping raise awareness about scams in our communities.

The Most Rewarding Part of my Job
The best part of my job is helping customers, especially when they come in with a lot on their minds and leave feeling happy and relieved.

What I'm Doing Outside of Work
I love spending time with my family, whether that’s traveling, playing games, or just being outdoors together.

Get to Know Darcy

Darcy began her career as a Teller in 2013 and was promoted to Teller Supervisor in 2020. She now provides leadership for the Charles City teller line.

Originally from St. Ansgar, she moved to Cedar Falls after graduating high school before returning to Charles City in 2009, where she currently lives with her husband and three children.

Before joining First Security, Darcy worked at a local daycare, where she cared for and taught some of her current coworkers’ children. Through those connections, she learned about an opening at the bank and has been part of the First Security team ever since.

The Most Rewarding Part of my Job
I enjoy talking with customers every day and getting to know them on a personal level. On top of that, I have great coworkers, which makes coming to work even better.

What I'm Doing Outside of Work
I’m running kids around to different sporting events or attempting to help my husband on the farm.

Terry joined First Security in 2006 and has held a variety of roles throughout her career, including Branch Office Representative, Branch Manager of the Marble Rock Office, and a position in Loan Operations. She has worked in Marble Rock and Charles City before joining the Rockwell team full-time in 2019. In 2022, Terry was promoted to Lead Retail Advisor.

In her role, she assists customers with their everyday banking needs, including answering questions, processing transactions, opening new accounts, and helping with consumer and real estate loans. As Lead Retail Advisor, she also trains and supports other retail staff while serving as a knowledgeable resource for her coworkers.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, hiking, and relaxing along the North Shore of Lake Superior in Minnesota.

Stacie joined First Security in 2008 and has built her career around serving customers and supporting her team. In recognition of her leadership and dedication, Stacie was promoted to Lead Retail Advisor in 2017. She was later promoted to Assistant Vice President Branch Manager, where she now oversees the Hampton and Rockwell branches, leading her teams while continuing to provide exceptional service to customers.

What I'm Doing Outside of Work
I love spending time with my family. My husband and I have 5 children and 1 grandchild. I also enjoy sewing and crafting.

Carol grew up in New Hampton before moving to Marble Rock after graduation, where she and her husband have built their life together for more than 40 years. In 2003, she joined First Security as a Retail Advisor at the Aredale branch. In 2007, she began working in Rockford, and in 2021, she was promoted to Lead Retail Advisor.

In her role, Carol opens new accounts, assists customers with consumer loans, serves as a trusted resource for everyday banking needs, and provides leadership and training to other members of the retail banking team.

The Most Rewarding Part of my Job
I really enjoy getting to know our customers and helping them make confident decisions about their financial future. I care about the people we serve and value building long-lasting relationships.

What I'm Doing Outside of Work
I love golfing and spending time outdoors. I also really enjoy being with my family and friends. We have three daughters who all live close by with their husbands and children, and we’re lucky to have four grandchildren—two boys and two girls.

When I was younger, I loved playing Monopoly and always wanted to be the banker. I’m also color blind, so I was once told I probably shouldn’t pursue interior decorating.

Stacey joined the bank in late 2022 as a Retail Advisor, where she assisted customers with their questions and day-to-day transactions. In 2026, she was promoted to Lead Retail Advisor, where she oversees the retail banking department while continuing to provide excellent customer service.

Stacey was born and raised in Manly. After high school, she attended North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC) where she received her degree in General Business. She also completed bachelor level classes in applied management.

What I'm Doing Outside of Work
I spend most of my time with my family and my dogs. We enjoy being outside and relaxing.

Get to Know Kathy

Kathy has been with First Security since October 2010, starting as a Teller in Charles City and working her way up through several roles, including Head Teller, Teller Supervisor, Retail Banking Supervisor, and now Assistant Vice President Branch Manager. In her current role, she manages several branches, including Nora Springs, Manly, and Rockford. Her experience with accounts, loan applications, and employee training has made her a strong resource for both customers and coworkers.

She has also continued her professional development by participating in the Leadership Institute, Emerging Leaders Peer Group, and Consumer Credit School, all provided through the Iowa Bankers Association. Prior to First Security, she completed general education coursework at NIACC before attending Buena Vista University.

The Most Rewarding Part of my Job
Working with a great team to create an environment where people can grow and succeed, while also helping customers reach their financial goals. Seeing both the team and our customers succeed is what makes the work so fulfilling.

What I'm Doing Outside of Work
I try to spend as much time as possible with my family and enjoy time on the river. Whether it’s boating, relaxing, or just being outdoors, that’s my favorite way to unwind.

Andi joined First Security in the fall of 2022 as a Retail Advisor in the Rockford branch. In this role, she assisted customers with their day-to-day banking transactions and answered questions about the bank's products and services. In 2025, Andi was promoted to Lead Retail Advisor at the Nora Springs branch. In addition to continuing to provide exceptional customer service, she now trains new retail staff, serves as a resource for her coworkers, and helps support the daily operations of the branch.

Andi is native to the Rockford area and currently resides in Rockford with her husband Justin and her daughter Mila. She enjoys spending time with her family outside of work and enjoys deer hunting with her friends and family during the fall and winter months.

Operations Team

Representing the Operations team is Amy Wilson, Vice President/Operations Manager. Amy leads two key areas of Operations: Data Services and the Service Center. While Data Services handles many of the behind-the-scenes processes that keep customer accounts and transactions running smoothly, the Service Center provides friendly assistance to customers over the phone.

Amy began her career at First Security as a Teller and has held roles in Data Services, the Ag/Commercial Lending Department, Loan Operations, and the Service Center. As Operations Manager, she currently oversees the Data Services and Service Center departments.

Amy studied broadcast media in college and applies her communication training to support First Security’s Fraud Talk presentations.
