Andi Stewart Promoted to Lead Retail Advisor

Andi joined First Security in the Fall of 2022 as a Retail Advisor in the Rockford location. As a Retail Advisor, Andi was responsible for a wide range of duties including helping customers with their questions about bank products and services and their day-to-day transactions. Her new role as the Lead Retail Advisor will include these duties, plus a few more, including training other retail staff and serving as a resource for her coworkers when they have questions.

“This promotion is a testament to Andi’s hard work, dedication, and her commitment to growth and development,” said Branch Manager Kathy Steere. “I look forward to her continued contributions to the team and bringing her on board our Nora Springs staff.”

Andi is native to the Rockford area and currently resides in Rockford with her husband Justin and her daughter Mila. She enjoys spending time with her family outside of work and enjoys deer hunting with her friends and family during the fall and winter months.
