Ashley Kirsch Promoted to Lead Service Center Specialist

First Security Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Ashley Kirsch to Lead Service Center Specialist. Ashley joined First Security in 2025 and has quickly become a valuable member of the Service Center team.

In her role, Ashley helps customers with a wide range of banking questions, transfers calls to the appropriate departments, assists with debit card-related fraud concerns and more. As Lead Service Center Specialist, she will take on additional responsibilities, including training new Service Center staff while continuing to support her team and provide exceptional customer service.

“To me, great service means making sure the customer feels heard and like we are genuinely helping them to the best of our ability, rather than just getting through the interaction,” Ashley said. “Even when you can’t give someone the exact answer they were hoping for, you can still make sure they understand their options and feel like you did everything you could to help.”

VP Operations Manager Amy Wilson is excited to see Ashley step into her new role.
