First Security’s Cassidie Parks completes Human Resource Management School

First Security Bank’s Cassidie Parks has completed the Human Resource Management School at the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin. The school’s objective is to tie important issues in human resource management with an understanding of the business of banking. Specifically, the program focuses on strengthening strategies to drive profitability by improving hiring, performance management, compensation, and employee productivity. It also provides practical banking knowledge and a peer network to support ongoing learning and organizational success.

Cassidie has worked in numerous positions since she began as First Security’s Video Banking Supervisor in 2020. She became HR/Marketing Assistant in 2022, was promoted to Human Resources Specialist in 2025, and was named Assistant Vice President in early 2026. She also recently received the prestigious Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential after months of study and successfully completing a lengthy exam.

Outside of work, Cassidie is a busy mom to two daughters and enjoys spending time with them and her husband. Together, they enjoy riding motorcycles as well as making jewelry.
