Courtney DeGroote Promoted To Lead Teller

Courtney DeGroote has been promoted to Lead Teller at First Security Bank. Since joining the team in early 2024 as a Teller, she has assisted customers with daily transactions, answered questions, and connected them with the right team members for additional support.

In her new role, Courtney will continue these efforts while also helping train new Teller staff and serving as backup to Teller Supervisor Darcy Knecht.

Courtney shared, “I am very thankful for the opportunity to take on this new role. I’m truly grateful for Darcy’s trust and confidence in my abilities, and I’m excited to step into these new responsibilities and contribute even more to the team’s success!”

Darcy added, “Courtney consistently provides exceptional customer service. She is a valuable resource and is always willing to help share her knowledge with others. We’re fortunate to have her. I look forward to seeing her grow and succeed in her new role!”
