Ellen Teepe Joins First Security as Service Center Specialist

First Security is happy to announce that Ellen Teepe has joined the bank as a Service Center Specialist. In this position, she will be one of the first people to assist customers who call the bank. Over the phone, she will offer information regarding deposit and loan accounts, debit cards, online banking, and more. Additionally, she will assist with opening and accessing safety deposit boxes, investigating fraud cases, and reconciling accounts.

Ellen joins First Security with previous banking experience. She has enjoyed building relationships through her work and looks forward to doing that with customers of First Security.

“I strive to provide exceptional customer service as well as see how I can add to an already great Service Center team at First Security,” said Ellen.

Ellen is originally from Colorado but moved to the area in 2019 to be closer to her grandparents. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with her dog. Additionally, she looks forward to furthering her banking education and getting more involved in the community.
