Weather Conditions Cause Temporary Closures
In order to keep our customers and staff safe during increasingly dangerous winter conditions, First Security offices in Manly and Rockwell will not open today, December 23rd.
Other locations have opened with shortened hours:
- Thornton Lobby: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
- All Other Lobbies: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
- Service Center (call 1.800.272.0159): 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Charles City Drive-Up Window: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Hampton Drive-Up Window: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
- Video Banking: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Video Banking capabilities and locations are listed here. Unfortunately, Video Banking technology has malfunctioned during extreme weather temperatures in the past. Although we hope this will not happen, we want to assure you that any malfunctioning is not related to your debit card or bank accounts.
Remember that online banking and mobile banking, including mobile deposit, are the safest banking options during hazardous weather.
As a reminder, First Security is closed December 24th - December 26th in observance of Christmas.
