First Security Recognizes Employees for Commitment to Professional Growth

First Security Bank & Trust is proud to announce that Credit Analysts Kyle Reisinger and Skyler Koebrick have successfully completed the second year of their respective Iowa Bankers Association professional development programs. Reisinger completed the Iowa School of Banking, while Koebrick completed the Agricultural Credit School.

As Credit Analysts, both Reisinger and Koebrick are responsible for analyzing financial statements and preparing loan presentations to evaluate the financial condition of current and prospective borrowers. Their work helps support sound lending decisions and strong customer relationships.

Reisinger has been with First Security since 2023. Completing the Iowa School of Banking provided him with a comprehensive understanding of how the various functions of a bank work together. The program combines classroom instruction with hands-on bank simulation exercises, helping participants strengthen their leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.

Koebrick, who also joined First Security in 2023, completed the Agricultural Credit School, a specialized program designed to strengthen the skills of agricultural lenders and credit professionals. Through advanced training in agricultural lending, credit analysis, and risk management, the program equips participants with the knowledge needed to better serve agricultural customers and support the evolving needs of the farming community.

First Security Bank & Trust congratulates Kyle and Skyler on this accomplishment and their commitment to continued professional growth and excellence in serving customers.
