First Security Welcomes Deanne Jakoubek

First Security Bank is proud to announce that Deanne Jakoubek has joined its Retail Banking team as a Video Banker. In this role, Deanne serves as one of the welcoming faces customers see on First Security’s Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), assisting with deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other everyday banking needs.

A longtime resident of the Charles City and Floyd area, Deanne has lived in the community for the past 36 years. “I cannot imagine living anywhere else,” she shared. Her deep roots in the community and dedication to the area reflect First Security’s strong commitment to putting customers first.

Deanne brings 15 years of banking experience and a passion for building meaningful customer relationships. “My favorite part of banking is getting to know customers and finding ways to make their banking experience easier and more convenient,” she said. She was drawn to First Security because of its reputation as an organization that truly cares about the communities it serves.

Beyond her professional role, Deanne has volunteered with PAWS Humane Society in Charles City for the past nine years. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Chad, their three children and spouses, and their six grandchildren. In her spare time, she has also embraced gardening, calling it a rewarding and ongoing learning experience.
