First Security Welcomes Paige Galligan, Kim McInroy, and Maddie Klemesrud

First Security Bank & Trust is pleased to announce that Paige Galligan and First Security retiree Kim McInroy have joined the bank’s Teller line in Charles City. As Tellers, they’ll get to know First Security’s customers while helping them with day-to-day transactions. The bank also welcomes Maddie Klemesrud to the Service Center Team. As a Service Center Specialist, Maddie will be one of the first people to assist customers who call the bank. She will also be involved with accessing safety deposit boxes, investigating fraud cases, and reconciling accounts.

Paige, who is originally from Mason City, joins First Security with a background in customer service. She moved to Charles City in early spring of this year. Since that time, she has noticed First Security’s presence and impact through community involvement.

“I felt like my personality and customer service experience would be a wonderful fit here!” said Paige.

Kim McInroy, who retired from First Security in 2021 after a 10-year career with the bank, has returned to a part-time role.

“Retirement has been great, but it’s good for me to be working a couple of days a week again,” said Kim. “I’m excited to see some of my old customers and coworkers again and I’m enjoying getting to know the new ones. Everyone has been so welcoming.”

Maddie Klemesrud, who is a lifelong Charles Citian, joins First Security with customer service experience. That experience will be useful because, as a Service Center Specialist, she’ll act as many customers’ first point of contact at the bank.

“The role was recommended to me and so I applied,” said Maddie. “I’m excited to start a career that I can grow into.”
