Madison (Maddie) Lievrouw has accepted a new role as Public Relations and Marketing Specialist.

First Security is happy to share that Madison (Maddie) Lievrouw has accepted a new role as Public Relations and Marketing Specialist.

Maddie first joined the bank in 2019 as a Video Banker. Before long, she expanded her banking and customer service expertise by moving into the Service Center Department as a Service Center Specialist. In 2022, she was promoted to Retail Advisor, a position in which she helped customers with their personal banking needs.

“Maddie is a great fit for our marketing department because of both her background in banking as well as her experience in graphic communications,” said Marketing Manager Katelyn Schwery.

Maddie holds a degree in graphic communications and, prior to starting her banking career, had supported several organizations and businesses in their marketing efforts. She also enjoys photography and editing photos, a very useful skill for her new role.

“In her previous roles, she has demonstrated excellent collaboration and a strong willingness to learn. Those qualities—combined with her enthusiasm and genuine interest in what our department does—will make a meaningful impact on our success,” said Katelyn. “I’m grateful to have Maddie on our team!”
