First Security Bank Contributes $2,000 for Public AED Installation in Rockwell

First Security Bank is proud to contribute $2,000 to support the purchase and installation of public-access Automated External Defibrillators (AED) in Rockwell, helping make life-saving equipment more readily available to area residents and visitors.

The project, proposed by the Rockwell Police Department, will provide medical-grade AEDs housed in weather-resistant outdoor cabinets, allowing emergency cardiac care to be accessed quickly when every second matters.

“Sudden cardiac arrest can occur without warning, and immediate access to an AED can significantly improve survival outcomes while emergency responders are en route,” said Rockwell Police Chief Cody Brunstein. “By funding the project, First Security is helping ensure residents have access to critical emergency resources when they are needed most.”
