First Security Bank & Trust is pleased to announce that Kati Woodley has joined the bank as an Ag/Commercial Lender based in Hampton.

Kati, originally from Ackley, currently lives on a farm between Alden and Iowa Falls. She attended AGWSR High School and Ellsworth Community college. Prior to joining First Security, Kati worked in the ag financial industry for nearly 6 years. She started as an Office Manager, was promoted to Credit Analyst, and ended her career as a Loan Officer. Her primary focus was ag operating financing.

When not at work, Kati and her boyfriend are usually working on something involving the Iowa Falls and Alden fire departments, or they are attending their two children’s activities for school, sports, or 4H. Kati is also a member of the Ackley Legion Auxiliary, and she is always looking for new and better ways to serve the surrounding communities. During her free time, she and her family enjoy camping and other outdoor activities.
