First Security is happy to announce Bobbi Spainhower has recently achieved the Accredited Asset Management Specialist, (AMMS™) designation from the College of Financial Planning. With this achievement, she brings an advanced knowledge base to her daily work, allowing her to better serve her clients.
First Security values innovation. The bank embraces new ideas and approaches to doing business, and that also includes being open to change. In 2015, a major change for First Security employees and their customers was the implementation of ITMs, otherwise known as Video Banking. Now in 2024, traffic at First Security’s remaining two drive-up windows in Charles City and Hampton will be redirected to the bank’s Video Banking lanes. This change will be implemented on September 16th.
